  • Tidy requests access to your device’s photo library solely to display photos for review within the app.

  • Photo processing and selection occur entirely on your device.

  • We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to external servers.

Notifications

If you enable reminders:

  • We may send local notifications (e.g., daily reminders)

  • Notification preferences are stored on your device

3. Data Storage

All core app data (e.g., swipe history, streaks, goals) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or central databases of your personal content

4. Data Sharing

We do not:

  • Sell your data

  • Share your personal data with third parties

  • Use your photos for advertising or AI training

We may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics providers) that collect anonymized usage data strictly to improve app performance.

5. Your Control

You have full control over your data:

  • You can revoke photo access at any time in your device settings

  • You can disable notifications in your device settings

  • Deleting the app removes all locally stored app data

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Because your photos and data remain on your device, risk exposure is minimized.

7. Children’s Privacy

Tidy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
