Welcome to Tidy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tidy mobile application, related features, and services. By downloading, accessing, or using Tidy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Apple Standard EULA and App-Specific Terms
Tidy is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless otherwise stated. You can review Apple’s Standard EULA here:

These Terms of Use provide additional app-specific terms for Tidy, including information about subscriptions, purchases, photo review limits, deletion behavior, and use of the app.
2. License to Use Tidy
Tidy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, Apple’s Standard EULA, and any applicable Apple App Store terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Tidy, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3. User Responsibility for Photo Review and Deletion
Tidy is designed to help you review, organize, and declutter photos on your device. You are solely responsible for the choices you make while using the app, including whether to keep, queue, or delete any photo.
Before confirming any deletion, you should carefully review your selections. By using Tidy, you acknowledge that any deletion action you confirm is your responsibility.
Tidy is not responsible for photos, videos, files, or other content that you choose to delete, whether intentionally or accidentally.
4. Photo Recovery and Device Behavior
Tidy does not control Apple Photos, iCloud, your device storage, your backup settings, or the behavior of the “Recently Deleted” album.
Depending on your device settings, deleted photos may be recoverable for a limited time through Apple Photos or iCloud. However, Tidy does not guarantee that any deleted photo can be recovered.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and ensuring that important photos are saved before using deletion features
5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
Tidy may offer free features, paid subscriptions, lifetime purchases, free trials, promotional offers, or other in-app purchases.
Tidy’s subscription options may include:
Tidy Plus Monthly: $1.99 per month
Tidy Unlimited Monthly: $4.99 per month
Tidy Unlimited Annual: $24.99 per year
Tidy may also offer:
Tidy Lifetime: a one-time purchase for lifetime access to Tidy Unlimited features. Tidy Lifetime does not automatically renew.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled by Apple according to your Apple ID settings and Apple’s applicable terms.
Tidy may change plan names, features, pricing, promotional offers, or availability in the future, subject to applicable App Store rules. Any pricing or plan changes will be displayed in the app or App Store purchase flow before purchase where required.
6. Free and Paid Feature Limits
Tidy may include usage limits, including daily photo review limits, depending on your plan.
Free users may have access to a limited number of daily photo reviews. Paid plans may unlock higher or unlimited review limits, additional features, or other benefits.
Tidy may modify, add, remove, or adjust free and paid feature limits over time, subject to applicable App Store rules and any terms presented at the time of purchase.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tidy or use it in a way that could harm the app, other users, or any third party.
You may not:
Use Tidy for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to bypass paid features, usage limits, or security measures;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app;
Interfere with the normal operation of the app;
Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to manipulate the app;
Copy or reuse Tidy’s design, branding, content, or functionality without permission.
8. App Availability, Updates, and Changes
Tidy may be updated, changed, improved, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Features may be added, removed, modified, or limited. This may include changes to daily review limits, paid plan benefits, achievements, reminders, design, or other app functionality.
We are not responsible if Tidy is unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or does not function as expected on a particular device, operating system version, or photo library configuration.
9. No Warranties
Tidy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that Tidy will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or compatible with every device, operating system, photo library, iCloud setting, or user configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy and its owner, developer, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of photos, loss of data, device issues, subscription issues, app errors, lost profits, or other losses related to your use of Tidy.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Tidy is to stop using the app and, if applicable, cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
11. Intellectual Property
Tidy, including its name, logo, design, interface, graphics, text, features, software, and other content, is owned by Tidy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works based on Tidy without prior written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with Tidy are the property of their respective owners.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tidy if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass app restrictions, or engage in conduct that could harm Tidy or other users.
You may stop using Tidy at any time. If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for canceling it through your Apple ID settings.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, billing, and user responsibility.
